Her machine at home HP laptop – Windows 7 We have just about tried everything we can think of! After a few attempts she gets connected but the remote end is "locked up" if we then try and connect to the same machine using the same credentials - we don't see the problem – even if she states its “locked up” we have no problems! She has the problem when she tries to login. We have a client who is having this issue - we have changed the host machine and this is still happening. Has anyone managed to find a resolution for this problem?

To get everything working correctly, I have to reboot. I also get logged out of the system as well and have to log back in. Other applications appear to close as well. It also seems to creash Explorer.exe as many systray icons go missing.
